Can I return a product for an exchange or refund?

Yes. All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase for a refund. Exchanges are permitted for up to 42 days (Sale items must be returned within 14 days). If an item is faulty it can be returned after this period

When will my click and collect be ready?

Normally within one working day. Please wait for an email confirming your order is complete and is ready for collection.

Can I change my order?

Once an order has been placed there is not an option to add or amend the order. Any unwanted items can be exchanged or returned

Do you post outside of the UK?

Unfortunately at the moment we are unable to post orders outside of the UK.
