Yes. All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase for a refund. Exchanges are permitted for up to 42 days. If an item is faulty it can be returned after this period
We aim to have all orders ready within 24 hours, but please wait for your text message / email to let you know that your order is ready for collection.
There will be a separate designated click and collect area at each store.
You need your order number and name. Your order number will be given to you via text message / email.
Yes. Social distancing is still in place and you may need to queue before you can enter the store as only a limited number of customers will be allowed in at any one time.
Once an order has been placed there is not an option to add or amend the order. Any unwanted items can be exchanged or returned
No. Under current guidance, fitting rooms will be closed. This is subject to change.
Please let us know by email within 14 days of purchase and your order will be refunded.
Yes. Please check on our website and our Facebook page for up to date opening hours. Please note that our opening hours will be determined by circumstance and therefore will be updated regularly.
Yes. Appointments are for after shop opening hours. Appointments may be made by ringing 01772 456535 for Farington or 01772 617660 for New Longton.
