Payment is made via paypal. A secure online payment system.
No records of bank accounts, credit or debit cards are kept.
Paypal accepts the following methods. Paypal account balance, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, Direct Debit.
Customers have the right to cancel within the period of seven working days after receipt of goods.
Customers must inform us in writing (email is acceptable) of their wish to cancel their order.
Please note that patterns are not included in the seven day cancellation period and are non-refundable.
The customer will pay the postage costs for the return of the goods.
A full refund will be issued.
Faulty, Damaged or Missing Goods
If the goods are faulty or damaged then the customer can accept either replacement goods (if available) or a full refund including postage costs.
The postage costs of returning faulty or damaged goods will be paid for by Delta Wool Shop.
For Items that go missing during delivery, then the customer can accept either replacement goods (if available) or a full refund including postage costs.
There may be a specified amount of time before an item can be classed as missing. This will be defined by the delivery company which will be either Royal Mail or a courier company.
Postage and Delivery
Postage for all UK orders is £2.75.We are currently unable to accept orders from outside the UK.
We aim to despatch all orders on the next working day by 2nd class post or via a courier company.
Delivery usually takes between 2 and 5 working days. This may take longer due to issues out of our control.
Delta Wool Shop retains the right to cancel any order. In this event a full refund will be given immediately.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
