No records of bank accounts, credit or debit cards are kept.

What information do we collect?

Your Name, Your Home Address, Your email address, Your Telephone Number

Why do we collect this information?

To perform our contract with you such as posting your order to the correct name and address and to provide you with the best possible service. We may share your telephone number / email with a courier to enable delivery.

Cancellation / Refund / Exchange

For Home Delivery: Customers have the right to cancel within the period of fourteen days after receipt of goods.

Customers must inform us in writing (email is acceptable) of their wish to cancel their order.

Please note that patterns are not included in the fourteen day cancellation period and are non-refundable.

The customer will pay the postage costs for the return of the goods.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable

A full refund of returned goods will be issued.

If you have received free delivery, then £3.20 (standard delivery fee) will be deducted from the refund should the returned items take the cost of the original purchase below the free postage amount (Currently £30.00)

For Click and Collect: All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase for a refund. If an item is faulty it can be returned after this period.

Items returned after the 14 day returns period will not be credited outbound postage charges. Please contact us for any returns after this time period.

Faulty, Damaged or Missing Goods

If the goods are faulty or damaged then the customer can accept either replacement goods (if available) or a full refund including postage costs.

The postage costs of returning faulty or damaged goods will be paid for by Delta Wool Shop.

For Items that go missing during delivery, then the customer can accept either replacement goods (if available) or a full refund including postage costs.

There may be a specified amount of time before an item can be classed as missing. This will be defined by the delivery company which will be either Royal Mail or a courier company.

Postage and Delivery

Free UK delivery on orders over £30.00.  £3.20 UK delivery on orders under £30.00. We are currently unable to accept orders from outside the UK.

We aim to despatch all orders on the next working day by Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked

Delivery usually takes between 2 and 3 working days. This may take longer due to issues out of our control.

Please note that a parcel is not considered ‘lost’ by Royal Mail until 10 working days has passed.

Delta Wool Shop retains the right to cancel any order. In this event a full refund will be given immediately.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
