Free FAB DK Blanket Pattern

Materials

  • 2 Balls of ‘Fab’ DK Yarn
  • A pair of 4.5 mm Knitting Needles
  • Needle with Big Eye (for Sewing in Ends)
Finished knitted blanket using the corner-to-corner technique, draped over a wicker chair, showcasing variegated DK yarn.

Instructions

  1. Cast on 3 sts (thumb method)
  2. Row 1: Knit into front and back of first stitch, knit to end. (4 stitches)
  3. Repeat row 1 until 1 ball has been used.
  4. Join in next ball.
  5. Next row: Knit 1, Knit 2 stitches together(K2tog), knit to end.
  6. Repeat last row until 3 stitches remain.
  7. Next row Slip 1, K2tog, Pass slip stitch over the k2tog stitches.
  8. Thread the wool through the last stitch and pull tight.
