New Website
The biggest change at Delta Wool this year was our brand new website! This was a massive project for James and Emily throughout 2019, getting all of our products on to the website was a mammoth task! Did you know that we have over 3,000 products on our website?! There is still lots more to be done on the website but we’re so happy with the feedback that we have had since our launch in September.
New Logo
With the new website, also came a new logo! We’re in love with our new branding that we launched in June 2019. We secretly launched this on our school uniform price lists in June, how many of our eagle-eyed customers noticed this?

New Member of Staff
Also, in July, we welcomed a new member of staff, Ellie! Ellie joined our team full-time after finishing college and has been an asset to the business ever since. She has been with us for many years before as our Saturday girl, but we were so pleased when she decided to join us full time.
Happy Cotton
The biggest yarn release for 2019 was Sirdar’s Happy Cotton DK. Sirdar released 50 beautiful colours in a range of shades – there was a colour for everyone. Although the balls are small, they made a massive impact on the knitting/crochet community. Happy Cotton was designed with crocheters in mind – with all 10 pattern books designed around amigurumi. Sirdar certainly put more happiness on our crochet hooks!
